Hampstead New Hampshire sales activity from January through March 2007 compared to January through March 2008.

These atatistics show that solds are up and sold prices on average are down and median prices are off as well. Days on market are up too as well as price per square footage decreasing. Looks like as prices are declining that activity has picked up.

I know we had our busiest December and January on record. Let's hope this pace continues.

Great news for New Hampshire REALTORS and Consumers!

House Bill 1384, the Designated Agency bill, passed the full Senate this morning (March 27).

The NH Governor’s signature is the remaining step needed before it becomes law, with an effective date of Jan. 1, 2009.

How very exciting! Dual Agency will be limited in New Hampshire and agents and consumers can opt to work together with Designated Agency instead of the traditional dual agency.

This won't be effective until Jan 1 2009 and I for one can't wait!

Can you believe that it has been snowing since last night?

So far we have about 5 more inches on the ground and there does not seem to be any end in sight! Big white fluffy but very heavy snow...pretty to look at but that's about it!

Today is March 1st and I really think it’s time for spring to make it’s way into my life. How about you…had enough yet?
