After living in Londonderry for 8 years and trying year after year to find the best quality tree for a reasonable price I think we have finally found our farm.
Noel's Christmas Tree Farm in Litchfield Fits the bill.
Plenty of trees, precut as well as cut your own. Helpful and polite staff, all the accessories, garland, wreaths, ornaments, a fire pit for roasting marshmallows, hot chocolate, hayrides. There was no disappointment in this experience.
Visit Noels website for directions.

The Market Absorption Rate is a thetical measure used to illustrate where the market is - are we in a buyers, or sellers market?
As of today January 6, there are 44 Residential Homes for sale in Litchfield, NH.
For the month of December 8 Residential Homes sold in Litchfield, NH.
So, taking the 1 month sales of 8 units for November, and dividing it into the total inventory of 44 we get 5.5.
That number 5.5 represents the theoretical number of months of inventory that is currently on the market in Litchfield. A true Sellers Market would be indicated by less than 6 months of inventory. 5.5 indicates that a sellers market exists in Litchfield. This is a dramatic improvement from the numbers in October and November when there was 17 and 12.75 months of inventory.
Different conditions may exist at different price points. Stay tuned for more analysis as we dig deeper into the mysteries of the Real Estate Market and how to make well informed decisions when you think about buying or selling.
