The average selling price for Lake Winnipesaukee real estate in Tuftonboro was higher in 2009 than in 2008. The average selling price was $1,129,557 in 2009 and only $756,286. The median selling price in 2009 was also higher for Tuftonboro Lake Winnipesaukee than in 2008. The median was selling price was only $635,000 in 2008, whereas the median selling price was $970,000 in 2009. The fact that the median number of days on market was longer in 2009 (173 days in 2009 as opposed to only 90 days in 2008) helps show what I believe to be true, that when it comes to high end Lake Winnipesaukee real estate Selling Prices, a higher number of days on market does NOT always have a negative impact on Selling Price. The good news is that both Peter and Emmet had very mild cases with no real complications.

Peter had a high fever and felt beat up for three days. Emmet started a day later, & still has the fever, aches and cough

Just want to take a moment to pay tribute to Americans Veteran's and those currently serving in the military protecting and fighting to keep the rest of us safe and to have the FREEDOM to write blogs like these. My Dad Ralph Buchanan Sr. served 5 years in the Marines during WW II, my Brother served in Vietnam along with my Brother-in-law and my Nephew is currently a Major in the Air Force. Tomorrow being Veteran's Day I would like to say THANK-YOU to my family and all the others that have and are serving this Great Country.
