Today a co-worker / co-agent asked me if I like working with a team better than being alone. This caused me to thing a bit and I had to ask the following questions to the agent:
I had to think of my own answers and here is what I came up with:
WHY ASK THE QUESTION?
It's important to understand why teams exsist. For some its the team work model, for others its the mentoring and flexibility that having peers near by brings. There is also a security element to being on a team. How does that saying go... Together Everyone Achieves More!...
Well its true, a well organized team multiplies both the input and the output (production) when all cylinders are firing, however, when all cylinders are NOT firing things can go bad. Therefore you must first understand the team struction options... Loose Partnerships or Team Leads are the two basic options.
Both have pluses and minus so read "The Millionare Real Estate Agent" and then decide for yourself.
ARE YOU THINKING OF JOINING A TEAM?
Joining an established team means you are a subordinate, learn your place, play your role and you are likely to make lots of money without all the responsibility.
Do you want to hook up with another agent? Make sure you are evenly yoked... what ever you are great at they should be good, what ever you are weak at they should balance you out. What ever your work ethic, drive and determination level is they should match it. NO EXCEPTIONS.
WHAT ADVANTAGES DO YOU THINK BEINGON A TEAM AFFORD THAT WORKING ALONE DOES NOT?
Lighter duty and greater balance and follow up! Everyone can share in the pot IF they meet quota... less if you don't.
GoodLuck....

The Princeton Governors Mansion, Drumthwacket, is open for Visitors in December.
Reservations are required and filling up quickly. You can visit the web site at www.drumthwacket.org or call 609-683-0057 for reservations.
This yhears theme is Peace on Darth. The mansion is decorated by New Jersey's finest garden clubs including Hunterdon HIlls.
Visitors can stroll thru the mansion at their own pace and it will be decorated with natural garden materials. I am especially interested in seeing this since I have decorated my home in mostly natural materials this season.
Drumthwacket was built in 1835 on the land that witnessed the Battle or Princeton and is rich in History.
Hope to see you there.

The other evening we took a drive thru Palmer Square in Princeton, NJ.
It is absolutely beautiful. You have to excuse my non photo of the tree, I did not have my camera with me.
The tree is lit with beautiful colors, all of the shoppes are tastefully decorated, There are wreaths everywhere and it is a wonderful sight to behold.
I am planning on doing a walking tour and taking photos later this week or beginning of next, but in the meantime, if you are in the area and have a free moment, drive thru. If you have even more time, park and take a walk, stop at one of the dining places or get cup of coffee.
Wonder what is going on in Palmer Square check out this link for all the holiday happenings. I guarantee if you are not in the spirit now, you will be.
