MARKET REPORT FOR RANDOLPH TWP., NJ JANUARY 2008

During the month of January 2008 there were 41 newly marketed properties in Randolph Twp., NJ with an average asking price of $781,235.00. The least expensive is a Colonial home with 5 rooms 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with an asking price of just $355,000.00. The most expensive priced home is a Colonial with 8 rooms 3 bedrooms and 3.1 baths and is asking $2,499,000.00. This township has many price range of homes from the first time buyer to move up buyer.

Nine properties went under contract with an average asking price of $535,933.00 and had been on the market for an average of 111 days.

Fourteen properties Closed Title with an average asking price of $632,471.00 and an actual Sold Price of $611,821.00, these properties had been on the market for an average of 105 days. This represents a 96.73% of Asking Vs. Sold Ratio.
