Today almost everyone can feel the influence of the increased competition at the Real Estate market. If you are among those who try to sell their house you know a lot about difficulties. Sellers have to lower prices and pay a lot for advertising of their home before the first potential buyer comes.
Here I want to share the story that happened last week with one of my customers. They managed to sell their house for the price they wanted (not lowering or discounting it) because they managed to wait for so-called "their customer". And the main reason for that siccesful deal was hidden in the Aluminum balconies by Cacciola Iron Works from New Jersey. The buyer loved that balconies so much that the contract became just a technical question and was signed in 3 days.
My conclusion: people (buyer) are looking not only for a place to sleep but for something beautiful and wonderfully looking. So, don't save on your house appearance!

A trip to the Trenton Farmers Market is always on the top of my list, I was introduced to is 14 years ago and was immediately hooked.

Located outside of Lawrenceville and Ewing, the Trenton Farmers Market is on Spruce Street. The market is open Sunday 10-4 and Tuesday thru Saturday 9-6. The market dates back to the early 1900s with farmers coming from all over the "Garden State: by horse and buggy to Trenton to sell their produce. In 1939 it was incorporated into the Trenton Farmers Market and in 1948 opened the Spruce
Street location.
Part of the Jersey Fresh Program, The Trenton Farmers Market is open all year long and only allows produce sold that has been grown on that vendor's farm. Along with fresh produce, there are fresh and dried flowers, baked goods, a food court and a crab shack. There are also vendors with selling wares from jewelry to toys and socks.

It is truly a delight to the senses to see, touch and smell the fresh vegetables. My favorite is to buy tomatoes, onions, peppers, some fresh bread from the bakery and cheese, go home, slice up the produce thin and make a sandwich.
Absolutely the best any season of the year, if you are in the area it is not to be missed.
