For 2 months in a row, Wyckoff has seen 17 homes sold. A pretty healthy number each month, although last yr saw a couple more sold in July. The interesting part is that we saw a $1.9M home sell for asking price !

Even the list prices are holding strong in Wyckoff, showing that even with the downturn in the industry, Wyckoff has a solid town foundation, and continues to be a desirable place to live.

Last June saw 26 homes sold, compared with a slight drop to 17 sold this June.

However, interestingly, the average list price has INCREASED this year. Wyckoff is one of the few towns in Bergen County where the list prices have stayed strong.
