Taos County Requirements:
Both parties must have a valid driver’s license or birth certificate with them in order to obtain a marriage license.
You can obtain a marriage license at the Taos County Clerk’s office located at 105 Albright in Taos, New Mexico. The fee is $25.00 and there is no waiting period. You can reach the county clerk’s office at (575) 737-6380.
