The inventory of Henderson Nevada bank owned homes (REOs) has steadily reduced over the last two months. There have been reports of banks accepting more short sales and loan modifications. This needs to continue if we are to find our way back to a 'normal' real estate market.

Henderson bank owned homes sell very quickly. The median Days On Market for the 259 single-family bank owned homes that closed in October was just 17 days. The median selling price was $172,500. Buyers in the market may need to write multiple offers and go above list price to be successful.
