Roundup of "Wild Horses" continues in the State of Nevada (Please re-blog to help save the horses) by Vegas Bob

Some friends at work mentioned to me about the "Wild Horses" that were being rounded up by the Feds in the State of Nevada.

I purchased 11 acres of property around 230 miles north of Las Vegas Nevada and there us to be "Wild Horses" running everywhere on this property, they are all gone.

The Feds say they are rounding up these horses because of lack of water, etc., this is a lie and a bunch of "Horse Shit" ... please forgive my French.

The Feds are chasing and scaring these poor "Wild Horses" and they are breaking legs, becoming winded and dying because of this.

I wish the Feds would please leave the "Wild Horses" alone and fine something more constructive to spend the tax payers money on.

Very beautiful mountain views from this 11.2 Acre Property in Nevada

Here is a very secluded piece of Vacant land in Dyer Nevada 4 hours north of Las Vegas Nevada. As you can see in the photos below there are mountain views from 360 degrees with a trout stream running along the edge of the property.

This property has road access and power 200 feet from the property in a higher elevation so the Summer days & nights are much cooler than Las Vegas and other parts of Nevada.

Dyer Nevada is known for wild Mustang horses that roam the country side and much more wildlife.

I am interested in selling this property for $90,000 dollars and there are also (terms) if interested. It is a must see piece of property and would make a great early retirement property or a great get away place.

The reason I am selling the property is because I am interested in purchasing a piece of property in northern California.

Just a reminder to people around The World "Please don't drink & drive"

Nobody likes to see photographs like this and this a great reminder around the Holidays and everyday for that matter. A vehicle can be a deadly weapon, so let's please respect the roads and other people driving on them.

This photograph was taken on Hwy 95 about one hour North of Las Vegas Nevada headed towards Reno. (Six) children lost their lives including their parents makes a total of (Eight) lives lost to a head on with a Semi truck.

Please don't be a statistic!

Please be careful driving and respect our roads!

If your clients asks if a house or building is Haunted, can you tell them?

State Regulation across the country are different for disclosing if properties are Haunted or there has been a suicide or murder.

What are your State Regulations for clients asking you questions about these subjects.

In the State of Nevada it is a (No-No)! You can be fined and loss your license for disclosing such information.

Now on the other hand this building above the Goldfield Hotel in Goldfield Nevada is not for sale. And so I can tell you it is Haunted big time, (Ghost Busters) television program was visiting the Goldfield Hotel several months ago and there is so much Ghost activity going on around there it would make your head spin!

You know kind of like "The Exorcist" with Linda Blair.

The (photo below) is another very, very Haunted building in Goldfield, the school right next to the police station.

This lady I spoke with mentioned to me that police officers are always viewing and hearing very strange activity coming for the school.

And the home below on main street in Goldfield, very, very haunted!

And my last photo below is Haunted and I really like this one because if you look real close you can see the glass bottles used to build the walls sticking out the sides.

So if a client ever asks you if a home/ building is Haunted or if persons have been murdered or committed suicide in the home/ building, you better know your disclosures in the State where your license hangs.

I never expected this post to go over like it did and it is so weird because I keep getting comments about it and it is so old. I have gotten phone calls, emails and more.

I really think that maybe _Charles E. Jack IV, MAI (Charles E. Jack Appraisal & Consulting) _and I should shot some video at the Goldfield Hotel and I should maybe stay over night, it might make a fun post at you tube and several other networks.
