Anyway, this Saturday, Auburn is celebrating with a parade at 11 a.m. and special activities including balloon art, book signings, woodsmen competition, dog sled demos, a William Seward Play and Theodore Case Film Festival, arts and craftes , food, and more, more, more!!!!!

And the Special Guest for the day will be Alaska's governor, Sarah Palin.

Average Days on the Market: 109 Maximum Days: 875 Minimum Days: 0

There were 78 Properties that went Pending in the month of March 2009 with an average listing price of $126,299. There were 130 Pending properties for March 2008 with an average listing price of 161,553.00.
