Talk about a dog's life. I have a couple as clients that have such giving hearts toward homeless dogs. They have taken in several (outside dogs).
It's my understanding that this one had to have surgery on his hip and has a pin in it.
Other than the surgery, how lucky could any dog get? He has a wonderful family, a lovely porch to occupy with his own bench (two in fact).
Any dog would be proud to occupy this bench and it's for sale, along with the porch and attached home :).
All on a beautiful twenty acres.

The Choctaw County Industrial Authority got a whale of a bargain in 2004 when it purchased some property at Hugo Lake - Sawyer Bluff- one of the camp grounds surrounding the reservoir. They only paid $110,000 for the 64 acres from the U S Army Corp of Engineers. It was a pretty quiet sale.
According to an article published by The Oklahoman, the sale is under investigation by the FBI. Two years after purchasing the property, the Industrial Authority sold 62 of those acres to a local developer for $500,000. Again, it was a pretty quiet transfer. Waterfront lots were mostly contracted VERY early on.
The land was subdivided and many of the lots sold for $45,000 to $50,000 for various size of lot. Many of them less than 1 acres. THERE IS NO RURAL PIPED WATER OR SEPTIC SYSTEM in the addition. You cannot not build a boat dock. Most of the lots are NOT waterfront, Most are not even lake view.
About a month ago, an auction was held to auction off the remaining lots that had not sold. There were lots under contract to buyers at $45,000 (had not closed yet) that had lots adjacent to them that sold for $12,500.
Lots sold for between $5000 and $12,500.
Interesting things happen in the real estate market.

Ok, folks it's time to let you know that Choctaw County Oklahoma has a truly excellent real estate transaction closer in Bessie Carrol. Bessie works for Choctaw County Abstract and Title Company, out of the Hugo office. Their phone number is 580-326-9616.
Today we had a closing that was pushing the time line just about as close as possible and Mrs. Carroll was the gem that pulled it all together.
If you are involved in a sale as either the buyer or the seller, with or without a real estate broker, it can be very beneficial to you to have a professional handle the closing of your transaction.
I have been greatly impressed with Bessie's professional caring attitude. She is great at what she does and enjoys bringing about the closure event of a real estate transaction. Her caring shows in her attitude toward the people that she deals with - constantly.
