When you have something valuable to sell, it’s important to know who your target market is.

First time Homebuyers are looking for something.
Move-Up Buyers are looking for something...totally different.
Down-sizing Buyers are looking for something...again, totally different.
Within the first 15 seconds, a prospective homebuyer will decide whether or not your home is right for them.

You have only 15 seconds to wow and impress the potential Buyer.
Does your home have what they’re looking for? Do you know what they’re looking for?
To a homebuyer it’s about more than just buying a house. It's about buying a Home. It’s about a Lifestyle.
Each category of the above homebuyers is looking for a better lifestyle – does your home represent that Lifestyle? There are many things you can do to “stage” your home, but each classification of Buyer is looking for distinct tangible and intangible qualities in your home.
They need a house that feels like a home – something that fits their diverse emotional and physical needs. They want to buy a specific home that makes them FEEL happy. There may be things in your house right now that could be aiding or annihilating that feeling. There are specific things you can do to influence the emotional needs of your target market.
As your Agent, I can help you decipher your target market and we will focus on their emotional and physical needs. I can provide you valuable advice, based on the current market conditions that will maximize the sale value of your home.
There are specific things I will do to showcase your home and make the potential Buyer choose your home over the many others on the market.
I am an internet savvy realtor who utilizes the internet and web 2.0 strategies to market homes to specific target markets.
Go ahead, “Google” me and see how many times I come up on the internet! Actually, let me google that for you.

IT WAS A MAGICAL NIGHT FOR AN IMPORTANT CHARITY; OUR BRAMPTON CIVIC HOSPITAL IN BRAMPTON, ONTARIO, CANADA!

A benefit evening in support of the Brampton's newest hospital the Brampton Civic Hospital was held on Friday November 6th, 2009 at the beautiful Embassy Grand Convention Centre. They were expecting about 800 "classy casual" dressed people to attend, enjoy the entertainment and raise money for this worthy foundation.
What a night with unique "fun"draising activity stations, cocktails, nibble all night food stations (yummy indeed) and silent auction that included a new 2010 Lexus HS 250h lease from the Policaro Auto Group and a fantastic round trip to Kohala Coast, Hawaii! There was toe tapping live music that included an electric violinist, fantastic soloist and an unbelievable acrobatic performance.
The best part of the evening was when the announcement was made that the William Osler Centre had reached their goal of raising over 122 million dollars!! What an achievement! Congratulations to all those whose dedication and hard work went into reaching this momentous goal.!
Support you local hospital, you never know when you may need it.!

Hello Active Rain
Just over a week ago we posted a blog on "Getting Hosed Again", if you didn't get a chance to look it over take a second and read it and the comments others offered.
A couple of days later we offered a solutions that many of you thought for one reason or another wouldn't work. Mainly the weather. Check it out "Found The Solutions".
What did you think of the solutions? Like some others, did you think it wouldn't work for you?
Well, sometimes we just need a little motivation to get our creative juices flowing. FEAR is a good motivator (false evidence appearing real).
Is this false evidence or can it or will it really happen...

Happy Pedaling,
