Hearthstone is a development of single homes located in Buckingham Township, PA and was built in the late 1990s by Barness Builders. The development is part of the desirable and highly rated Central Bucks School District Most of the students attend Coldspring Elementary, Holicong Middle School and Cenral Bucks East High School; although there are also highly rated private schools in the area that some families prefer.

The square fottage in these homes varies between 2600 and 3400 (or more) sq feet depending on which model home it is and what if any additions were added after the homes were originally built. The models include the Greenbriar, the Ferndale, the Edison, the Durham, & the Creamery.

The roads speckled through the development are East Brandon Way, Sundance Ct, Amberton Ct, Liz Circle, Daystar Dr, Amberton Way, Green Heather Ct, Tall Oak Ct, and West Brandon Way. Some of these roads are cul-de-sac locations.
