Just 3 short day after her 98th birthday (14 dog years), we had to say good-bye to part of our family, our Cocker Spaniel, Holly Noel Princess of East Brandywine Township......and yes that was the name on the pedigree papers when we got her.
Holly was more than a pet, she was part of the family and a loyal friend.....our home is a bit emptier today.
The upcoming holidays will certainly be different......
The Princess in her Court.......
The Princess w/Her Loyal sidekick, Buffy after a busy day cleaning!!
A trooper even under the weather!!!!!

The Downingtown Area School District's preliminary budget, which includes a 2.35 percent tax increase, has been approved. The budget, originally proposed with a 2.5 percent tax increase, states that all salary increases will be eliminated, with the exception of a 4.25 percent increase for the teamsters union employees, which was previously agreed upon in their contracts. The budget also proposes participation fees, in response to parents' and students' comments during April's board meeting. The budget also proposes $75 parking fees for high school students who drive themselves to school.

In the NFL as in business, when someone makes a mistake or drops the ball, there is someone there to capitalize on it......not a pretty game for the Steeler offense.
When we forget or are too lazy to return a call or email (fumble the ball) we leave the "potential" Client out there for another Agent to come by and scoop them up......score the sale.
An mis-step with a Client could cause them to be picked-off (intercepted) by another Agent and again a sale for them.
Be proactive, responsive and deliberate when it comes to your customers.....they will be ours for a long time!
