Quakertown Veterinary Clinic's Annual Pet Fair June 6, 2009

Linda Tremblay, Associate Broker Bucks County, PA Real Estate Services: Real Estate Agent in Doylestown, PA

The Quakertown Veterinary Clinic located on Old Bethlehem Pike is holding its annual Pet Fair this Saturday, June 6 from 10am until 2pm. There is plenty to do for all ages and both admission and parking are free.

For the younger ones, there are free pony rides, a free petting zoo, and a coloring contest for children in kindergarden to fifth grade. In the areana, there are obedience demonstrations, K-9 Police Demonstrations, information on creating a relationship with your pet and much more. There will also be vendors with pet products, rescue agencies and other vendors.

Stop on over and enjoy the pet fair help by Quakertown Veterinary Hospital. They specialize in pet care, pet boarding, doggie day care (my puppy Chance loves it), pet training, or of course baths & nail clipping.

If you live in the Quakertown area and are a pet lover, there will be something there for you. If you are considering a move to the Quakertown area and need a pet friendly home, Linda Tremblay and Marcie Purcell would love to help you find it. Call or email us today.

My First Growth Leader Closing happened today!

Donald Bradbury, 610-952-3578 REALTOR Bucks County PA: Real Estate Agent in Quakertown, PA

I have been using Growth Leader now for a short while. Early on, I met two leads that came directly from the advertising and marketing of Growth Leader.

We talked through the email on the Vision web site for a while, and then we planed to meet. We looked at 8 homes on our first visit. One of them was special.

A couple weeks later, we had our second shopping trip. We visited the special home last.

Today, we had the final walk through, and the closing of this home. This young couple are first time home buyers, and are looking forward in taking advantage of their $8,000 tax credit from Uncle Sam!

How wonderful this system is. We have a young couple, just graduating from graduate school this week. And now they have a new home. The wedding is coming soon as well.

Congratulations to these buyers. Thank you Active Rain. Thank you Growth Leader

Where Do I Find An Agent To Help Me Buy?

Marcie Purcell, Bucks & Montgomery Co PA Realtor: Real Estate Agent in Quakertown, PA

You've Already Made The Decision That Buying A Home Is What You Want To Do. You Realize This Is A Good Time To Buy & Are Ready For The Responsibility. Next You Go To Your Computer & Start The Search.

You go to the real estate sites in your area that come up and start tagging the homes that fit your price range and style you are looking for. You pick up your phone make an appointment to see one. You drive thru the neighborhood then go to the home. The agents there to meet you and you walk thru the house and are now disappointed on the size or condition. The agents ask you questions but are you sure this agent is going to be the best one for you?

Here are some ways to get an agent that will work for you and make you feel comfortable as a buyer

  1. By Referral! Do you know anyone who bought a house recently. Were they happy with there service they received from their agent. Did they accommodate there needs & could be contacted easily.
  2. Do you have a friend or relative in the real estate business? Take them seriously! They will appreciate that you thought of them. It may not always be the best choice but if you feel that they are serious about selling you a house then they are.
  3. Market Area. Is there an agent that knows your area better than any other. These agents have listing everywhere. Do they Work With Buyers? Or Do They Have A Buyer's Agent That Works With Just Buyers?
  4. Internet. Does someone have a great website that tells you about the schools, you can search for home easily, and provides you with local market information. Are you contacted with an old friend thru facebook that is now a Realtor? Do they have updated blogs?
  5. Open Houses. You walk in and the agent provides you with the right information and you have great conversation. They may suggest some properties that you may like and fit your needs. They follow up and check in to see if you need help.

I hope this helps all though buyers that are looking for that agent to take them by the hand and lead them to their new home!
