the lowest price was $76,900 for a one bedroom condo in Meadowood Condos and highest price was $435,000 for a 4 Bedroom 10 yr old single home in Meadow Glen.

I looked up the multiple listing this morning in order to prepare the market report for March 2008.

There were 17 homes that sold priced under $1,000,000 in March. They were on the market for an average of 69 days. The lowest price was $100,000 for a 1 bedroom condo in Meadowood Condos and highest price was $365,000 for a single home . The days on market is the number of days from time of listing to date it went under contract for sale. This does not include sale by owners and new construction not listed in multiple listing and multi units.
