Is Twitter a valuable tool for a PEI Real Estate agent in Prince Edward Island, Canada, or, for that matter, an agent anywhere in the world? That is the "big question".
On Twitter you are exposed to millions of tweeters that are potential real estate buyers or sellers. The challenge is to form a relationship with some of them and eventually key in on your business of interest - real estate. These many tweeters are common folk, but there are also many celebrities or high profile business people that could be potential investors.
Twitter has people that you follow and people that follow you. You can reply to those you follow, but you can send a direct message to your followers. The key is to have many followers. CNN has over 1 million followers, and many celebrities, etc have many hundreds of thousands of followers. So the challenge for the common real estate agent is to build the follower list to a high number.
How valid are the Twitter tweeters? You may think you are talking to some big business man or celebrity, when, in fact, you are never quite sure as to the person's authenticity.
Twitter raises an interesting question though: where else in the communications world could you potentially be talking to a giant celebrity or well know investor? Twitter has a wonderful potential for a real estate transaction but, again, there is no guarantee. One thing is for sure: you are "rubbing shoulders" with the well known of the world.

We don't think of wild life as a property enhancement; we think rather: "is it near water?" or "does it have curb appeal?", etc.
Recently I was taking some pictures of a beautiful Private 27 acre waterfront property in Murray Harbour, Prince Edward Island, Canada. I walked down the scenic back road toward the water, and saw a rabbit running across the road in front of me. It did something for my liking of the property. The rabbit or rabbits will add to the natural charm of the property for any of the future buyers, especially if they appreciate wildlife.
At the end of my picture taking, I noticed a Pheasant had landed in a group of trees. (The above picture was the result of that magnificent occurance.)
There you go, a property where the rabbits and pheasnts are thrown in for free to the future investor - can't beat that deal!

"The Guardian" newspaper in Prince Edward Island, Canada, announces that Reba McEntire and Tim McGraw are coming to PEI this July to headline a big concert. This huge event will take place in Cavendish, PEI.
Cavendish, PEI is one of the most active tourist areas, and is famous for its beautiful white sand ocean beaches for great swimming and summer fun.
This event will add a great deal of money to the PEI economy and especially businesses in the immediate area of Cavendish.
This will also be good for the PEI Real Estate Market as there will be many newcomers to PEI who will want to own a part of this great island paradise.

The country of Canada is made up of 10 provinces and 3 territories. It doesn't have the biggest economy in the world, but, in my humble view, it is the greatest country.
Some facts on Canada:
- Canada doesn't have the greatest army in the world, but it is powerful because it is the largest supplier of crude oil to the United States of America.
- It has a government run, universal health care for all of its citizens.
- Canada has the most stable banking system in the world.
- Canada is a strong believer in the Rights of Minorities.
- Canada and the United States have the biggest and healthiest trade relationship of any countries in the world.
I reside in Prince Edward Island - the smallest province of Canada which is known for its PEI potatoes, Anne of Green Gables, tasty lobster, white sand ocean beaches, and its friendly people.
