When applying for a mortgage or any other type of loan or credit card, your credit score is what determines your interest rate. It can also dictate how much money you would have to pay down to get a mortgage. Since most consumers don't have the time to write letters to the credit agencies we do all of the work for you. We offer expert credit repair at an affordable price.
High Credit Scores are important.
Your credit score affects everything from the home you live in to the car you drive and maybe even the job you work in. Lenders, insurance agents, and even some employers all use your credit score to make decisions about what type of person you are. A bad credit score says that you are irresponsible with your money and are a risk to creditors. A good credit score says that you can be counted on to make your payments on time and properly settle your debts.
Most credit reports contain errors
Because your credit score is so important to you, it would make sense that the credit reports used to calculate your credit score are managed withthe utmost care. Unfortunately for you and the millions of Americans with errors on their credit reports, this is not the case. Studies have shown that flaws in the credit reporting system have resulted in almost 80% of credit reports having errors. In addition, credit reports contain misleading or out of date information that gives creditors the wrong idea of who you are as a consumer.
Odds are you have errors on your credit reports. These errors may be lowering your credit score and forcing you to pay unfair interest rates or even be denied the credit you deserve. National Credit Fixers has the tools to restore bad credit. Effective credit repair will improve your credit score.
If you think your scores are below 720 call us today!
We use the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) which is a federal law designed to protect you from being "slandered" by creditors, collectors, and credit reporting agencies. According to the law, a disputed credit account must be accurate, complete, and verifiable for it to remain on your credit report.
All inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable accounts must be removed or updated. We have removed repossessions, late payments, charge offs, collection accounts, and many other negative credit items.

This Saturday, after spending most of my day in New Hampshire at a school board meeting (I serve on the board
of a private school there - more on that at another time, perhaps), I zipped back to Providence to volunteer again, this time at a Providence institution, WaterFire. I'm the co-chair of the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce's Ambassadors, and for our spring / summer service event, we assembled a crew of over 20 ambassadors and friends to serve as ambassadors to WaterFire, staffing Ribbons of Light booths.
WaterFire is a Providence institution, was first lit for First Night 1994, and was so wildly popular that supporters rallied to make it an ongoing event. Since then, creator Barnaby Evans and his team of staff and volunteers have labored tirelessly to keep the organization
running, gathering donations of time and efforts from individuals, business, and the city. It seemed appropriate to give one evening to assist in the same work.
I was proud of the group we brought, and I believe we were quite successful in achieving our goal of helping in fundraising efforts. This weekend's event was especially important because the United States Conference of Mayors was in town. It was quite an experience welcoming such an illustrious group to Providence, along with the 5000-plus other attendees, and I look forward to participating again!

Providence Rhode Island Foreclosed and Bank Owned Real Estate
In Rhode Island, lenders may foreclose on deeds of trusts or mortgages in default: 1) by using the judicial foreclosure process; 2) by filing a lawsuit seeking eviction; 3) by taking possession of the house; 4) by the borrower voluntarily giving up possession; or 5) by using the non-judicial foreclosure process.
In most cases, when a homeowner defaults on his/her mortgage in Rhode Island, the lender will start the process of obtaining the right to sell that property at auction in order to satisfy the debt (balance owed on the mortgage).
Purchasing a home at a foreclosure auction has many risks to a potential buyer (especially a first-time home buyer). There is commonly no opportunity to view the interior of the property, conduct proper inspections and in some cases, there are individuals still occupying the premises. Because of these risks, homes in Providence, RI are not always sold at auction and the bank will instead take possession of the property. The property is then referred to as bank-owned, REO (real estate owned) or foreclosed property.
There are cases where a homeowner will attempt to sell their home before the bank starts the foreclosure process. The home owner is either already behind on their mortgage payments or will not be able to sell for a price that would cover the balance owed on their mortgage. This is referred to as a short-sale and requires the lender's approval. Obtaining approval can be a long and difficult process. Additionally, there is no assurance that the lender will accept an offer at or above the listed price.
Bank-owned (REO)and short sale listings Providence, Rhode Island are in all price ranges and often marketed with a real estate agent and placed in the Rhode Island Multiple Listing Service (to ensure full market exposure). As a service to you we will provide:

On Saturday, May 23, 2009, I attended the Third annual Providence Open Market for my first time. It was a most enjoyable day since I have such a passion for artists and their creations since that was my field years ago when I attended Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York in the 60's and specialized in ceramics and design. I transferred to RI College , in Providence, RI and majored in art and education and became a secondary art instructor in East Providence, RI
At this open market I found so many talented artists and some brought back and reminded me of those happy days when I did ceramics and drew my abstractions in pastels, and acrylics. There were many tents set up displaying the artworks of these artisans. There weremany jewelry designer, magnes, pins, banners + more. Of all the artists there I found my two favorites, both doing the type of art I loved ceramics and design.

I was able to meet and talk with such a sweet young woman, HILAL MINDA, from Turkey who now lives in Providence , RI and does pottery, her business, established in 2001 named, New Moon Studio,
Hilal graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Marmara Istanbul, Turkey. with a four-year program in the Ceramic Department, She created functional art pieces by the wheel or by hand. I told her when I was at Syracuse I loved the potter's wheel and created many thrown pieces, one in particular was my birds in a nest, very decorative and abstract. ( I will need to take some photos and blog about it.) I told her I made my own glazes to create special effects and designs. I love Hilal's work She is extremely gifted and has made some fantastic and unique one of a kind pieces. She made my day. Before I had a family I had a dream to have my own ceramic shop equipped with my own kiln.

My other special artist is SOPHIE LOWERY, who is an acrylic paint with her busines named "Pause and Daydream" Sophie is from Normany, France but has made her home for 20 years in Boston. She loves New England and gets her inspiration for heranimals, landscapes and seascapes from France and New England aShe love to paint her view of nature.
Sophie' s paintings depict her scenes in an impressionistic abstraction. Her works are simliar to my style of using design to fool the eye with atechnique called TROMPE L'OEIL.
