Silverleaf is an established subdivision in Greer South Carolina. This community is in a great Eastside location only walking distance from Hudson Corners, which is a small shopping center off of Hudson road in Taylors. Many of the homes in Silverleaf were built in the late 80's and early 90's. There are close to 350 homes in Silverleaf and the lots are mostly a third of an acre to a half acre. There are some lots that are as big as an acre. The amount of space between homes and the mature trees in Silverleaf really make it a beautiful and sought after subdivision.
Silverleaf homeowners enjoy a community pool, an athletic field, clubhouse, tennis courts and a playground. The price range of homes in Silverleaf are from around the low 200's to the low 300's.
