Avg. price of a single family home in the Black Hills is $175,139 down from $186,095 last month, with an average of 76 days on the market which is down from 83 days last month. Sellers have been receiving 96.79% of their asking price which is up from 96.66% last month. 
During the month of September, 2009 there were 12 new residential listings in and around the Ellsworth AFB/Box Elder area compared to 11 last month. The total # of homes for sale is 68 compared to 62 last month, which reflects single family homes only. And 8 homes have sold or are under contract compared to 14 last month. Avg. price of a home in the Black Hills is $175,139 compared with $186,095 last month with an average of 76 days on the market compared to 83 last month. Sellers have been receiving 96.79% of their asking price compared with 96.66% last month.
