Flamingo Boogie

I really appreciate all of the fantastic comments and all of the sweet, and thoughtful, expressions of approval for the music from all of you. I certainly believe that greener pastures are the reward for patience and we'll all get through this disgustingly foul national financial calamity together, and come out smelling like roses. The market will slump and the market will soar, but throughout it all my piano will roar. So in the spirit of fun and good camaraderie, here's another for you to enjoy and have a good laugh. Happy Independance Day !

Dyersburg Tn real estate-Happy 4th of July Holiday to you!

Mike Frazier, Dyersburg Tn Real Estate : Real Estate Agent in Dyersburg, TN

Every year, many people come to Dyersburg,Tennessee to celebrate the 4th of July holiday with family and friends. Some of these people plan to move "back" to Dyersburg and they look around for houses while visiting relatives here.

Last year, my websites, mikefrazier4homes.com, dyersburgrealestate.com, and dyersburgrealestate.info had record traffic from people looking to relocate to the Dyersburg area.

Many that come also jump on Google and search the term Dyersburg real estate or Dyersburg homes for sale. Not only do my websites come up near the top but many times one of my blogs like this one also pops up.

If you are wanting to move back to Dyersburg or just relocate to Dyersburg my staff and I are will and able to assist you. Many of my agents are working showing property this holiday weekend and one of us would be happy to help you. My cell number is 731-589-7841 and home number is 731-285-3074.

Subject: Source one Automotive- Extreme fraud and bait and switch_ extended car warrantee

To whom it may concern:

I bought a policy in good faith from Source one automotive located in 113 seaboard lane suite A-190 Franklin, Tn 37061. 888-443-6070 tel and fax 615-261-2039.

The sales people sounded nice and presented me with a policy that sounded good. I asked for them to send e mail copy of exact details on policy which they did. I liked what I saw so I committed to $3300.00 to pay for this policy. When I received policy it only had half of the covered items in it. It also stated clearly exclusions- what this vehicle service does not cover. All parts not specifically listed as covered parts in this coverage booklet, based on the coverage you selected, are not covered under this contract.

Therefore, this is a total scam and bait and switch on Source ones part. All customers should beware of this company. When I called to fix their obvious mistake(scam) they kept me on hold for an hour. Then they hung up on me and kept transferring me to voicemail. When I finally was able to get A supervisor on the phone Shawn Peterson she said she would review and then the next day called me and explained how it was a mistake and not there problem. They went over clearly the policy took my money and sent something other than what I bought. Most people probably would not go back and read fine print and get taken for their money since policy would not cover anywhere near what they paid for.

I have canceled my credit card and canceled policy. It is important people read carefully what is sent in any contracts they pay for. This company has probably scammed hundred if not thousands of people with double talk.

I have attached actual policy so you can review what they sent. It is clear what I bought and clear what they sent was different.

Shame on this company and the people that work there. TOTAL Fraud buyer beware of bait and switch...

Thank you

PAM DUNN
PAM DUNN: Real Estate Agent in Crossville, TN

When I go to the internet to research, where one of the best places to retire is- I am shocked that Crossville Tennessee is not number one! The place that is listed is near Nashville Tennessee.

Crossville has so much to offer! It is halfway between Nashville and Knoxville, so you can pick the big city you want to visit. It is near the Smokies, so you can go to Gatlinburgh with the family. The aquarium is out of sight, many museums, and lots of restaurants.

Check out this picture I took at the Aquarium: Jelly Fish!

There are 11 golf courses in the area you can choose from. Bear Trace is nationally known! Visit www.fairfieldglade.cc for information about this resort community.

Many National Parks for your outdoor activities. Visit www.tennessee.gov/environment/parks/cumberlandMtn .

Dale Hollow Lake is 45 minutes away where you can scuba dive, fish, boat and camp. Center Hill Lake is only 1 hour away.

Crossville has two wineries that you can tour and taste samples. Chestnut Hill Winery www.chestnuthillwinery.com. and Stonehaus Winerey www.stonehauswinery.com

There are many campgrounds, some in which accomodate an RV for your touring pleasure.Drag Racing and Motocross facilities are available seasonal.

Antique shopping abounds in Crossville and all the surrounding areas.

Taking a drive all around the Plateau is absolutely beautiful.Mountain views, babbling creeks, lots of wildlife and wonderful people!

This is a great place to visit and a better place to retire. Low cost of living, low taxes, no state income tax. The lifestyle is laid back with no traffic, no rat race ,no hurry!!! People are fantastic-they are friendly and sincere . It is hard to go any where else once you experience the Tennessee life!Come see for yourself-

Dyersburg Tn real estate market conditions July 2, 2009

Mike Frazier, Dyersburg Tn Real Estate : Real Estate Agent in Dyersburg, TN

After what has seemed as an eternity(actually just a few months) the real estate market here in Dyersburg Tn has turned the corner. We are still seeing alot of foreclosures but we are also selling "regular sale" homes as well.

Because Dyersburg is a regional shopping and business area, many people are still relocating to the Dyersburg Tn area for jobs.

I am seeing the biggest influx of new employees coming in to work at our local hospital. I blogged earlier about a new cardiac wing opening up so many are coming in to work there. I have personally worked with several doctors coming to Dyersburg.

Some of the industries here are rotating employees out and others in. NSK Power Steering Systems is bringing in an additional 50 jobs.

All of my "full time" agents are very busy now showing and selling property. If you are relocating to the Dyersburg area, now is a great time to purchase a home. Home prices are lower than they have been in a few years. Some are relocating here expecting to find houses to lease and at this time those are so hard to locate. We do have temporary and long term housing available in the form of 2 bedroom apts located at Twin Oaks apartments at 900 East Tickle Street and also Laurenwood apartments located at 1013 East Tickle street. Both sets of apartments are just down the street from the hospital.

Because Dyersburg did not experience the double digit gains in real estate prices over the last couple of years, we also did not experience the double digit declines in home prices.

Dyersburg,Tn is a great place to live and to work and we look forward to you joining us here in Dyersburg!
