Over the past couple of days I've been doing some statistic research for an upcoming foreclosure in Livingston TN. My research revealed a bit of a surprise. Would you believe there are currently only 22 site built houses for sale in Overton county for under $100k? That's right, and that means it's a good time to sell if you have a house that fits into that category. A combination of bad economic news and the holidays has potential sellers waiting until the new year. My advice is to get that house listed asap! It's true that there aren't as many buyers during the winter months. However, those buyers who are shopping during the winter are serious. If you need to sell, now is the time to take advantage of the lack of competition. After all, you can't sell a house if it's not listed.

Dale Hollow Lake is a hot tourist spot for many visiting people who come to Tennessee. I enjoy going there myself ever once in awhile when I can get away. I really love to fish and Dale Hollow is the place for fishing. There is such an abundant supply of fish in the crystal-clear waters and they are always looking for a bite off of my fishing pole. Dale Hollow is actually an award winning place to catch fish. Some of the world records for largest bass were caught here.
Some friends of mine own a house boat and that is usually where we stay. I love being on the water,it is so realaxing and serene, I never want to come home. We go out on the water and not only fish but jet ski, tube, and swim. I love it.
There is a small campground right off of Dale Hollow Lake. Tons of people from all over come and bring their RVs and tents and stay here at this facility. If camping is not your thing, there are many local hotels and rental places to stay as well.
The restaurant there is a delicious bonus. I go there every once in awhile and can't get enough of their local fried fish on a warm summer night. Dale Hollow Lake is one of my favorite places to go.
It is located out by Linginston and Gainsboro, Tennessee. Next time you are around the area, visit Dale Hollow Lake!
