Apple Ridge is really neat subdivision located in Bluff City, Tennessee. It is within walking distance of the world famous Bristol Motor Speedway!

Apple Ridge is conveniently located just outside of Bristol and just minutes from Johnson City and Kingsport.

From January 1, 2005 Through December 31, 2009

There were only 7 homes that were sold. Homes sold for a low of $165,000 and a high of $244,000. Of the seven homes that sold in Apple Ridge they ranged in size from 3566 square feet to 1680 square feet. Homes in Apple Ridge are typical to the one below.
