Great News! Jobs and More jobs seem to be offered in Collin County and in our base town of Allen! San Jose, California based Cisco Systems Inc. announced earlier this June they will build a 140,000- to 160,000-square foot data center just north of Stacy Rd in Allen on the west side of Central Expressway (75013 Zip Code). The new facility, which is set to begin construction the first part of next year, will employ over 100 full-time and contract workers. This news boads well for Allen Real Estate. Cisco will spend $500 million on the new facility and will receive incentives such as tax abatements, assistance with construction of a new road adjacent to their site and a contribution to infrastructure costs related to the project, said Robert Winningham, economic director and CEO of the Allen Economic Development Corp. According to the City of Allen and as of Nov 2009, permits have already been issused for Foundation to be poured and construction to begin.

Allen real estate can be a very interesting project for you and your family. As in some areas Allen is growing and in other areas there seems to be a small decline. However, in the grand scheme of things I think that Allen homes for sale are a great purchase right now. If you can get the loan for the property I reccomend that you purchase the property. I also would reccomend that you take the help of one of your Allen Realtors with you. They will help you and guide you along the grapevine of a real estate purchase. They are free for you to use and you would be stupid if you didnt use one.
The city of Allen is a fairly new one considering how long Dallas has been around for. Allen, Tx Real Estate also boasts some great residents that earn a good income. The median income per residents is right at $90k, this isnt bad at all considering some other areas around Dallas, this is actually quite good.

Allen TX reported 107 home sales for the month of August 2009. These numbers include single-family homes, condos, duplexes and townhomes. Up to 08/31/2009, 790 homes sold in Allen Texas for the year. When compared to the same time last year, Allen TX sold 1,007 homes for the same period in 2008. The numbers are down 22%.
