I have finally finished compliling the numbers for the year 2009. As it turns out our year was not as bad as some would like to make it out to be. Yes, we had a lot of financial turmoil and a ton of reposessed homes, and a lot of very scared people, but when you look at the overall picture we did pretty well. Although our average number of homes sold per year has steadily dropped since 2006, the number of homes sold over $200K have remained steady. The average sales price has increased since 2006 which still proves true the theory that real estate is a good investment over all.
