The numbers for January 2010 have been compiled and ready for viewing. Interesting enough, you will find that our average list price is higher than it has been in 4 years. It appears that we may be on the upswing and if history repeats itself, the numbers appear to be showing a good year. That is my predicition for 2010 Would love to hear your feedback and comments. I have finally finished compliling the numbers for the year 2009. As it turns out our year was not as bad as some would like to make it out to be. Yes, we had a lot of financial turmoil and a ton of reposessed homes, and a lot of very scared people, but when you look at the overall picture we did pretty well. Although our average number of homes sold per year has steadily dropped since 2006, the number of homes sold over $200K have remained steady. The average sales price has increased since 2006 which still proves true the theory that real estate is a good investment over all.
