I found a few hundred dollars for my friend this morning, just by going here:

(Needless to say, he was happy to get my phone call!) I even found some for my ex-brother-in-law, and a lady who works in our Recorder's Office.

I did a preliminary search based on some AR Members' names, and I'm pretty sure there are at least a few of you out there who have money waiting for them.

I am so excited I can hardly stand it! I really hope a lot of you have some money stashed away in HUD's bank. It's as simple as clicking on the link and typing your name in the box (Last Name, First Name) and clicking 'Search'. Best of luck!

I was feeling the need for a change after having surgery due to the Blahs, so I called and made an appointment to get my hair done.

While I was there, I thought maybe I'd try a different hairstyle and well...This week I donated my hair to a great cause, Locks of Love!

Locks of Love is a public non-profit organization that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children in the United States and Canada under age 18 suffering from long-term medical hair loss from any diagnosis. We meet a unique need for children by using donated hair to create the highest quality hair prosthetics. Most of the children helped by Locks of Love have lost their hair due to a medical condition called alopecia areata, which has no known cause or cure. The prostheses we provide help to restore their self-esteem and their confidence, enabling them to face the world and their peers.
