Homes in Ogden have sold at increasing prices on average over the years but have stayed below the standard 4% appreciation. The number of Ogden Homes that have sold steadily increased until 2006, and currently have dropped below what was sold ten years ago. With that said, there is a lot of Real Estate in Ogden worth researching.

Ogden Condos have followed a similar trend. Sales prices have been far below the estimated appreciation and sales of condos increased until 2006. In three years, numbers have dropped below what took seven years to reach. With that in mind, numbers can turn around and increase just as fast.
