Thats right, I'm the Flag of the United States of America!

My name is Old Glory

I stand watch in the halls of hustice in every Town and City a cross America.

Institutions of learning have me flying majestically over them.

I stand my guard with power in the world. Stop to look up and see me.

I stand for peace, honor, truth and justice.

I stand for freedom.

I am confident.

I am proud.

When I'm flown with my fellow banners,

My head is always a little higher,

My colors a little truer.

I bow to no one!

I sure do not run!

I'm recognized all over the world.

I'm saluted.

I am loved - I am revered.

I am respected-and I am feared.

I have fought in every battle of every war for more then 200 years.

A youngger me was flown at Valley Forg.

I was at San Juan Hill,

the trenches of France, in the Argonne Forest. Anzio, Rome, and the beaches of Normandy, Guam, Okinawa, Korea, and KheSan, Saigon, Vietnam knows me. I was there.

I led my troops, I was dirty, battle worn, and tired. But my soldiers cheered me and I was proud. I have been burned, torn, and trampled on the streets of countries I have helped to set free.

It does not hurt for I am invincible.

I have been soiled upon, burned, torn, and trampled in the streets of my own country. And when it's done by those.

Whom I've served in battle- it hurts.

But I shall overcome-for I am strong. I have slipped the bonds of Mother Earth, and stood watch over the uncharted frontiers of space from my vantage point on the moon.

I have borne silent witness to all of America's finest hours. But my finest hours are yet to come. When I am torn into strips and used as bandages for my wounded comrades on the battlefield.

When I am flown at half-mast to honor my soldier. Or when I lie in the trembling arms of a grieving parent at the grave of their fallen son or daughter,

I am proud!

First Time Home Buyers- Your Helping the Economy! In more ways than the U.S. Government does!

You see your not giving money, just to the Big Bank's, Big Mortgage Company's, Car Manufacturer's, and Insurance Company's. Of the Nation!

But you help all kinds of folks and company's. of your own community's. Now that is really something to be really proud of. Don't you think?

The American First Time Home Buyer is truly the back bone of our Nation! And the community's of each and every Town, and City of every State in the U.S.A.

You start out by help to keep Real Restate Agent's working, when you have a Home Inspection done on the home your thinking of buying, you help to keep a Home Inspector working. When your going for the loan for the home, your helping to keep Lender's working, Appraisers, Insurance Agent's. And if you are even using an Attorney with your home buying, your helping to keep them working. See being a Home Buyer, sure does make you, very important to our Economy.

Even after you have bought your dream home, you still helping the Economy. Maybe now you need to buy a grill for your new backyard, so you go to a local retailer to pick one up. And while your there, you start thinking. I need some tools for my new home, so you also pick some of them up.

Then just maybe you start thinking, there are some rooms in the home that you really don't like the color they are. So then you start looking at paint, brushes, rollers, and all the accessories you'll need to do the job with. What about maybe some new appliances.

Not all of these items come up all at the sametime. They are things that are purchased over time as they are needed.

As you can see there sure are many segments of the Economys that sure do benefit in some way, every time a First Time Home Buyer. Buys their dream home. And the effects that you make are for your local community. I sure would say, thats a real economic stimulus.

First Time Home Buyers and First Time Land Investors. This is also good information for anyone thinking about buying land to have a home build or build on the land as an investment. And evern folks that want to selle land of theirs.

In most areas of the Country, especially in developed areas, a building permit may not be issued without a satisfactory perk test on record with the Counity and the Town. Most land buyers restrict themselves to looking at land, that has a approved perk site. In the cases that a perk test has not been done,

I sure do highly recomend that you have a contingency in the land contract that will make the final sale of the land. Subject to a favorable official perk test. A preperk test, this is an unofficial test conducted by any septic system installer. It sure can be a worthwhile investment to deermine whether a piece of land is really worth pursuing.

Now if the land is unperked and the seller for some reason is reluctant to allow a preperk or a perk contingency clause- that sure is a tall tell sgin of buyer beware. You could very well be on your way to purchasing yourself a beautiful campsite that will never be able to be built on.

Here is a real fine book, that was written just for folks that have or thinking about buying a vacation home that has a private water system. It covers how all the different components of a home water system work's. And there are lots of tips on installation and repairs as will, as troubleshooting advice if things start going wrong. This here book has excellent illustrations in it. The topics that are covered include sources of water, types of pumps and where to get them, hooking up a system, water quality, water purification, septic systems, outhouses, alternative toilets, graywater, closing and opening your vacation home, and geting water in the winter.

I can say that I sure could not put this book down once I started reading it.

First Time Home Buyers if you just got your first pet family member, to go with you new home. Here are some general doggy etiquette for you to know.

Its up to each of us to teach and help our Doggy pet family members to learn proper etiquette. And for us to show proper etiquette when we have pet family members out and about with them.

• Leave doggys that are in heat or not feeling good at home.
• If for some reason your doggy is aggressive, they really should not be taken out in public.
• Doggy should always wear their current doggy license and rabies tag.
• You should always immediately clean up and dispose of doggy feces, when out and about for walks.
• Keep your doggy in your sight and maintain reasonable control at all times.
• Always have your doggy's leash handy.
• Never assume that other folks or their pets are in the mood or will even enjoy meeting your doggy.
• If your doggy runs up to folks or other doggys, chases wildlife, or will not consistently come to you immediately upon command, then you should leash your doggy when outside of your property. If your unsure how your doggy will act, be safe and keep your doggy leashed.
• If your doggy is off their leash and starts approaching other folks or their doggy, ask if its okay if my doggy approaches you? or is it okay if my doggy meets your doggy? Now if the other folks says no, then immediately call your doggy back to you.

These Etiquettes are really to help keep your doggy and you safe, and out of trouble. I for one love my pet family member to much to let them be in any kind of trouble. When I could very will have keeped it from happing.
