Things are not looking as pretty for Blaine, especially after looking at Lynden Real Estate this month. The average sales price is down 18.2% compared to last year, the good news is the median price went up a respectable 5.5% compared to last February. The average price is down 16% from the January while the median is up 8.7% from January.
The number of sales is off by 3 compared to last year and days on market is up a bit compared to last year.
