Brier Wa is an amazing Suburb of Seattle - filled with trees and views of the mountains, plus great gathering places for the community - I count myself fortunate among the ones who live or work there! Of course a little slower than usual, but there are some beautiful properties on the market.

Active residential only (no condos in this batch) listings available in Brier Washington range in price from $215,000 (!!!) to $1,344,000. There are 29 active residential listings in Brier right now with an median price of $494,250 and an average days on market of 154 days. Every single one of them has been on the market longer than 30 days, so obviously there are some sellers out there deciding not to put their houses on the market for the holiday season. This is certainly more convenient as far as the stress involved in having your house for sale, but might also not be the best decision with the rates the way that they are. This waiting would be worthwhile - what a great price to get into Brier! Brier homes typically sell in the $350,000 range and up depending on size and condition.
