Things are looking pretty good for Lynden Real Estate this month. The average sales price is up a whopping 25.6% over last year, median price went up on astounding 19.7% compared to last February. The average price is up 10.6% from the January while the median is up 12.9% from January. The number of sales is up by 5 compared to last year and days on market is down compared to last year.

The average value is down 7% compared to last year. The median value is also down 7% compared to last year.
The number of sales is slightly up this year, with a longer number of days on the market.
