As the community’s reliance on Country Doctor Community Clinic grew, the organization was able to grow and evolve into a respected primary care provider, offering a full range of health care services.

The mission of Country Doctor Community Clinic is to improve the health of the community by providing high quality, caring, culturally appropriate primary health care that addresses the needs of people regardless of their ability to pay. During the holiday season, Country Doctor Community Clinic reaches out to the community and hosts a special Christmas party for children and their families. However, 4 years ago, the Country Doctor Community Clinic basement flooded and the toys and food were ruined.

As news spread, members of the community such as Lynn Christensen of Lake Street Catering and Rick Rizzs’ Toys For Kids, wouldn’t let a flood ruin the children’s Christmas party. That year, Country Doctor Community Clinic helped bring Christmas cheer to 800 children. The event was successful and continues as an annual community tradition. With the help of a wonderful organizations and volunteers,the 2011 Christmas Party was a success, serving over 2,500 children and their families!
