While virtual tours have been around for quite sometime now, Good Morning America featured a spot on the new videos being done to sell homes.

This is really next level....look at that equipment....not something any agent will purchase....But, yes something we might hire out on the right home....

My Company has launched a channel on YOuTube where they have loaded ALL our property videos. Originally added to each property tour on our www.Shorewest.com, YouTube takes it next level. It has been a big hit so far. Amazingly all those videos (over 2,000) were loaded within a week or ten days.

Leave it to Shorewest Realtors to be the leader when it comes to selling Wisconsin real estate!

What was Michael Phelps Photographed Doing Now?

The hot spotlight has been on Michael Phelps for about a week now...He was even the subject of a Saturday Night Live skit this past weekend. Isn't it amazing how the media can do a fabulous job of spreading the white hot BAD NEWS, when someone famous is caught doing something really bad or shocking? Isn't it also amazing that just last week when they were soooo busy printing the now famous photo of Michael Phelps smoking something illegal, they didn't even mention this event in Michael's week: MAKING THE DAY OF CONNOR BURKE?

Michael Phelps, Connor Burke

Thursday, February 5th, Connor James Burke, a young swimmer from Jefferson, Wisconsin was set for a big meeting! He was off to Baltimore to meet his idol, Michael Phelps. Connor is not your average swimmer. He is a member of a swim team, and the honorary member of the Fort Atkinson Boys Swim Team...He also happens to be fighting a rare cancer in the form of an incurable brain tumor. He was to first meet Michael's coach, Bow Bowman, then Michael himself! It was even hoped they might take a jump in the pool together for some practice. You can see that wish came true! Later that evening, Michael and his also famous Olympic Fan/Mother Debbie took Connor's family out for dinner.

Now why do you suppose these photos didn't make the news or the newspapers? Good stuff doesn't sell like the bad stuff. You have to hunt for good news! Was Michael hiding out all week, trying to escape reporters and their annoying questions like "are you sorry you did that?" WHAT DO YOU THINK? Of course he's sorry he did that! But even our heros make mistakes, they are human just like us! Isn't it nice that Michael still has time to meet the Connor's of the world and really make their day! To heck with the media!

Here's a link to Connors video scrap book of that amazing day:http://www.onetruemedia.com/shared?p=8078a39405350667128d48&skin_id=601&utm_source=otm&utm_medium=text_url
