Average Days on the Market were higher in 2012 by 134 more days

- Average sales price for January 2012: $201,375

- Sales price to list price ratio for January 2012: 0.90%
- Sales price to list price ratio for January 2011: 0.93%
There are presently 47 residential properties currently active in Lewisburg. The Lewisburg Real Estate market shows that the average sales price for residential homes is around $267,131 with the average days on the market being 178 days. The price range of the 47 active properties are from $65,000 to $950,000.
On last month’s market report, I mentioned that Lewisburg real estate market is a buyers' market as the absorption rate for Lewisburg Real Estate shows over eight months of inventory. At this writing, the Lewisburg market is still a buyer’s market.

Chris Landis, owner and developer of CNS Designs, will be introducing the new and upcoming West Virginia Real Estate Guide and Website. This Guide and website will focus on Greenbrier County lifestyle investments. Chris says his is goal is to make the West Virginia Real Estate Guide the NUMBER 1 resource for everything Real Estate (Property Listings, Mortgage loans and Home Owners Insurance) in Greenbrier County.
The printed guide will be inserted into the West Virginia Daily News (4200 copies) with an additional 2800 copies distributed in the Greenbrier County area. Not only will the WV Real Estate Guide be available in hardcopy, but there will also be a website (which will be opened to the public on March 1, 2012) where a digital copy of the magazine can be found along with property listings, mortgage loan providers and home owner's insurance providers.
