The Fulton Place neighbourhood in southeast Edmonton has seen it's average sale price per square foot stay above the Edmonton average selling price per square foot. Fulton Place has had a couple of weaker quarters to end 2011, but I think that this neighbourhood will bounce back in 2012. Fulton Place had a bit of a dip in the first quarter of 2011 but recovered nicely this past quarter. The average days on market for Fulton Place in the 2nd quarter of 2011 was 30 days, which is stronger than the Edmonton average time to sell of 42 days. The highest sale price in Fulton Place this last quarter was a home that I had listed and that renovated home sold for $370,500.
