I'm highly organized, quick thinking, persistent and have strong analytical skills. My strategic marketing orientation along with my problem solving ability provides a unique combination of experience
I have over 35 years sales and marketing experience in a wide range of different business situations: Marketing and advertising, partner in a commercial printing company, owner/operator of a food franchise, marketing consulting, and real estate sales.
After earning my MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business, I held various product management positions with major consumer product package goods companies such as Nestle, Sterling Drug, and J.B. Williams. I later switched to the service end of the business working for major Madison Avenue advertising agencies (Daniel & Charles and Ted Bates) in account management positions.
For seven years I was a partner in a commercial printing concern in White Plains NY. Then for almost four years, my wife Susan and I owned and operated the Great Harvest Bread Company franchise in our hometown of Larchmont NY. After we closed our store I became associated with a regional real estate firm as a licensed salesperson.
I am highly organized, quick thinking, very persistent and have strong analytical skills. My strategic marketing orientation along with my problem solving ability provides a unique combination of experience. As a RealtyUSA licensed real estate salesperson, I am ready, willing, and able to provide buyers and sellers with assistance in all their real estate transactions.
In the summer of 2001, my wife and I sold our home in Larchmont, NY and moved upstate. We had lived in our house for 26 years and raised our two children. During those 26 years, we were typical suburbanites: we commuted by train to work in NYC, we carpooled, we coached little league, we participated in the PTA, and we joined community organizations.
This was our life until we took weekend trips to Saratoga Springs, and soon we began to dream about living in Saratoga Springs. In fact, we began to drive up regularly on weekends to enjoy the year-round activities, the sights, and the people. When our youngest child went off to college, we realized we were free to make a permanent move. We moved to Saratoga Springs and we couldn't be happier.
In spite of all the snow, we're delighted that we made the move upstate. We initially rented a house. Shortly after moving in, we were shown a parcel of land just outside of town on Lake Lonely. We jumped at the opportunity to acquire this unique property. Working with local architects, we helped to design and build our "dream house."
Whether you're thinking of building or buying, I can help you make the transition from downstate to upstate. Having already made the move, I can guide you through the myriad of steps and decisions you'll need to take and make.
If you have a house for sale, I can develop and implement a marketing plan to help get you top dollar for your home, in the shortest period of time, with the least amount of inconvenience.
You'll find me easy to work with, highly organized, persistent on your behalf, and, of course, knowledgeable about the Saratoga Springs market and area. As a licensed real estate salesperson with the RealtyUSA, I can offer you a scope and quality of services second to none.
