My goal is to have a 100% referral based business. Because I choose to run the majority of my business by referrals, it allows me to have more time to dedicate to my current clients and to see to their personal needs, instead of spending my time looking for future business. A referral is the result of two things: My clients trust me and are very pleased with my services. I work hard to seperate myself from the "traditional" agent. When I say "traditional", imagine a taxi cab driver, who picks you up, takes you to your destination, takes your money and then is off again looking for the next customer. I run my business more like a limousine service. I spend the time making my client's experience first class, and the best part is, that in this case, the limo ride is no more expensive than the taxi! Having this goal keeps me on top of customer service. You see, if I don't meet your expectations, you will never be a repeat customer or be willing to share me with others. If I only meet your expectations, you might be a repeat customer, but might not think to share me with others.
