Considering a move to Maine? Then consider calling upon my services to do so! Whether you are a first-time home buyer, or looking for a retirement home, Maine is the place to be!
When I turned 36 years old (and that wasn't just yesterday!) I realized that I had lived in as many homes as my age. That being said, I am glad to say that I have spent the last 20 years in one location! But I know, firsthand, the stresses of moving...on you, your family, kids (especially kids!). My career life throughout the years has taken on changes as well - but all positions had similar components: I was educating people, counseling people, or serving people. In real estate, I've managed to combine that background and create a successful career over the last 7 years. See, real estate is not a sales position. If I saw it as a sales position, I frankly don't believe I would be successful. Instead I see myself as a member of a service-oriented community, with the ability to impact people's opinions, and open doors for them (literally!). I don't feel I can talk to a client and say, "this is the house for you" if in fact all I want is the commission. That person knows what they like - I am just a facilitator of the process.
I enjoy working with buyers and sellers alike. The satisfaction on people's faces upon the completion of a successful transaction is what drives me. So if you have a home to sell, or are looking for a new home in Maine, call upon my experience to get the job done.
"What can I say about Liz Foley? Well she certainly does her homework, knows the business and treats you like a new next door neighbor. I knew nothing about Sanford and in just a couple hours Liz showed me all the hot spots including the town offices, schools, post office, supermarkets and my favorite Dunkin Donuts! She was well prepared and after our first meeting knew just what I was looking for in a home. I am very happy with my new home and love the town. It was a smart decision and when any of my contacts ask about real estate in this area it's a no brainer, I send them over to Liz." Chris Robinson (Sanford)

"After seeing many agents in our search for a home/equestrian property, I was so pleased to finally meet Liz. Liz went above and beyond in her attention to our very specific house and land needs; and it resulted in our finding the perfect home and property. She was friendly, accessible and eager to make our vision come true. Liz's enthusiasm and knowledge made the sometimes stressful process a much lighter experience. I eagerly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home." Shannon Strickland (Waterboro, ME)
When we were relocated to Maine, Liz helped us every step of the way. Her prompt, professional service got us into a nice home at a fair price. Being 1st time home buyers, she guided us thru every step of the process, and kept in touch after the sale, just to make sure we were satisfied. When it comes time to sell this home, no question Liz is who we are going to call. Thank you." Michael T Drzewiecki (Waterboro)
