When This Professional Takes the Stage,
You’re in for a Professional Performance
"My father will tell you I’ve been acting since the day I was born," divulges Beth Hoskin. While she didn’t actually appear on stage until elementary school, this confident professional quickly discovered she had a gift for throwing herself into any role and taking on her character’s spirit as her own. As Aunt Polly in Tom Sawyer, Portia in Shakespeare’s Julius Caesar, and leading ladies in Agatha Christie’s The Mousetrap and Witness for the Prosecution, she’s assumed hundreds of roles over the years.
Behind-the-Scenes
Never content when there is more to learn, Beth has gone on to play behind-the-scenes roles in numerous productions at The Nomad Playhouse, one of Boulder’s oldest community theaters. "People joke that it's my stage," she laughs, "because I’ve worked on just about every show in one way or another since I was a teenager." With the trademark expertise and creative problem-solving skills she displays in everything she tackles, this thoughtful visionary has starred as director, makeup artist, costume designer and lighting technician in dozens of productions. In every role, she’s coordinated countless details to ensure the curtain rises to reveal a flawless set ready for a performance deserving of a standing ovation.
Applause for Her Business Skills
The same dedication and attention to detail that contributed to Beth's accomplishments in theater also helped her succeed in a career in telecommunications. After earning a degree in Computer Information Systems from Weber State University and attaining recognition on the National Dean's List, she combined technical proficiency with business acumen to help numerous firms streamline and improve processes, systems and customer service. "My role always involved designing custom solutions to meet a specific set of needs," she remembers.
"Energy" could be Beth's middle name in the hours she spends outside her profession, as well as in it. An accomplished swimmer and avid hiker, she enjoys spending time in the water and on local mountains, especially with her daughter, Hessa, and their two dachshunds, Parry and Otter. She also gives back to the local theatrical community through participation in the Niwot Grassroots Teen Theatre on the Green, a summer camp for young thespians.
An Oscar-Worthy Performance
Understanding that her clients' moves are not dress rehearsals, Beth takes her gifts in theater into her real estate profession. Clearly, she puts buyers and sellers needs into the spotlight when she’s acting in their best interests. Just as she’s taken on different roles on the stage, she steps into the shoes of each client to focus on what they need and expect. With the same diligence she applies to learning her lines and coordinating productions, she studies their goals, then works behind the scenes to ensure a performance worthy of rave reviews.
The Show Must Go On
Like a savvy producer, Beth keeps the show going when it comes to negotiating contracts, evaluating offers and making sure the right players are acting in appropriate roles. She’s able to see the big picture while keeping sight of the many details involved in every scene of a successful transaction. Her experience in staging also serves her clients well, as she ably helps sellers showcase their properties for maximum impact and assists buyers in visualizing how homes may meet their needs.
A Solid Reputation
A mentor and trainer to other agents in her office, as well as a dedicated specialist for her own clients, Beth has established a reputation for real estate productions that deserve encores. When you’re serious about maximizing success and minimizing drama in your next move in Denver’s Front Range, Beth Hoskin is a specialist you can count on for Producing Great Results. I just wanted to take the time to offer thanks for the services offered by Beth Hoskin as our realtor. This was a first time home purchase for me, and my wife has been through a few that went less than smoothly. At every step in the process Beth went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable with all aspects of buying and selling our homes, and patiently walked us through our options and backed us up 100% on each of our decisions. Many times she worked odd and extra hours to make sure the deals-inside-of-the-deals got done. Throughout the process, even when things got difficult, she was always upbeat, positive, and generous to a fault. I feel it very safe to say that without Beth as our realtor, we’d have not been able to sell our home in the timely fashion we did. She’s the consummate professional, and I’m proud to call her a friend. - Mike Olson
Dear Elizabeth: I wanted to write this note to thank you personally for your support over the past 12 months as a valued member in our coaching program. I also wanted to acknowledge you for the commitment and dedication you have demonstrated. I sincerely commend you for following through on your desire to better your business and your life. It has truly been our pleasure to be of service to you, and I sincerely hope we were successful in adding value to your life both personally and professionally. I wish you much continued success and greatness and look forward to seeing you again soon. Warm regards - Richard Robbins
I am putting together a ROI presentation for a large Contact Center opportunity so I am reviewing past presentations for good source material. I came upon an excellent sales presentation you did for Advanta (now Fleet) Credit Card and it brought back wonderful memories. I want to thank you again and recognize you for your vital contributions to what became an $11 million deal. The size of the deal is significant all by itself, but more important is the fact that the customer actually felt like the value exceeded the price tag. They still have all of the equipment in service and they still feel the same way. Their good feelings are the result of the painstaking job you did to establish and quantify their requirements. The sale would not have happened without the wonderful relationships you created along the way. I still feel good when I think about it and will always be grateful. Thanks! - Bill Wilson
