A Liitle Bit About ME

I have been in the Real Estate business since 1987 here in Jersey then moved to Metro Atlanta GA in 1988 and worked as an agent in GA. In 1996 i took the class and test past the 1st time and received my Brokers license and on returning to NJ took the Jersey test and became a Broker and in 2006 sat for the PA Broker test so I am a Broker/Salesperson in NJ and a Broker Associate GA, and PA along with being an Apprentice Appraiser in NJ

The Designations I have educated myself for are

GRI= Graduate of the Real Estate Institute

CRS=Certified Residential Specialist

ABR=Accredited Buyers Representitive, which I received as one of the 1st 1000 in the country

I have an MBA from Almeda University with a Real Estate Concentration

My buyers are split between

1st time buyers--I love it when buyers come to me after being with some other agents and get told that they are either to picky or not spending enough money or they need more money in the bank or they don't quailify--it is such SATISFACTION that I personally get when we do close on their new home--this works with any buyer

Investors--because I'm not afraid to offend anyone with a low priced offer if the home has deferred maintainence--my theory is if you write enough one will stick and we do write and they do stick. Same concept works with any buyer

Foreclosures & Short sales--I have handled this market on both ends--being the listing agent or the selling agent I have a good eye on the houses that would make a good buy and preview them for my investor buyers or homebuyers being able to recognize teh difference in what type of buyer fits that particular foreclosure--some need rehab money either in rehab loans or out of pocket where there are those that need cosmetics

Most of the sellers I have are personal referrals from either other buyers or sellers that I have worked with before--very few are cold call type listings although I usually do a 1 visit listing presentation and leave with the listing even if they have other appts. scheduled after me--there aren't many times that I leave without the listing
