The Crager-Bartels team specializes in higher-end homes in the Indianapolis, Carmel, Geist, and Zionsville area, but we will workwith any buyer or seller. With our vast internet presence, we have do a lot of work with relocation buyers moving to the Indianapolis area.
We are a small boutique firm, not a firm with hundreds of agents. This allows us to focus on you, our client. It's also why we sell over 90% of the homes we list. Compare this to the big name real estate offices, which sell in the Indianapolis area, on average, only 45%-55% of the homes they list. The proof is in the numbers.
