Linda loves the yard and has many long term plans for redecorating. I have already had to use the home warranty program that you had the forsight to ask for when we were negotiating to buy. The whole house fan wobbled and made a terrific noise.... All I had to do was call the company who sent out an electrician and he replaced the entire unit.

Other than that, The experience of closing and moving in was less painless than I imagined.

I am writing this letter in regards to my recent experience with our realtor Cindy Mustafa. My husband and I had had our home listed with Coldwell Banker Realty for almost a year. We were building a new home and we told by Coldwell that it would be easy to sell our current home. Well obviously it was not so easy for them. We were, to say the least, extremely frustrated after several months and soon a year of nothing! We were getting very worried because our new home was almost finished and the last thing we wanted was to own two homes. My husband and I decided we needed a new realtor quickly. That same day we got a message on our answering machine from Cindy Mustafa of Realty One Real Living. We decided to give her a call back and from there scheduled to meet with her in person. To be honest we didn't think she would be able to do any better, but after meeting with her we felt much differently. We decided to accept his offer and the whole process went so smoothly. Cindy made it so easy for us. I was on bed rest because of complications with my pregnancy so she brought all the paperwork to our house so we were not inconvenienced. Even though the sale on our home is done, she still checks in to make sure everything is okay and has been extremely helpful answering any questions I have for her. This home was built in 1900. In 1972 when a developer bought the land on S. Bissel, the home was lifted from it's foundation and taken across the street to the MOORE farm. Structural Engineers protected the home and moved it to Cochran Road to be placed on a foundation where it would continue to stand today. This is part of Aurora History!
