For asset managers:  I have extensive experience in the foreclosure market and have successfully listed, marketed, and sold REOs in the Seattle Real Estate market.  I also provide full service including, cash for keys, utility management, drive by checks, BPO reports and all forms of asset preservation. 

For investors, there can be some good buys out there.  I have constant contact with many owners and banks of properties which may or may not be on the MLS  yet at any given time including preforeclosures, short sale potentials, and future foreclosures.  I have flipped properties and look forward to helping you!
