With an emphasis on Energy efficient design, and embracing the LEED for Homes Ratings system set to launch this summer, I guide my clients toward homes that leave less of a footprint. Construction waste has filled our landfills for too long, and now it is time to change.
This carries over into Remodeling and Renovation. Our local Habitat for Humanity and Resource Yard have reusable materials, and accept unwanted materials such as windows, doors, and fixtures. There is such a thing as 'environmentally responsible remodeling'. There is also good money to be made as an investor incorporating these practices in a fix and rent, or fix and flip sceanario.
To summarize, I work with Buyers and Sellers. First timers and seasoned investors. Contractors, engineers, artists, musicians and many other demographics make up my client base. Whatever the situation, I pride myself on my creativity and professionalism in every part of my business.
