Many people are apprehensive about buying a home because they don't think they can scrape up enough money for the down payment. However, you have nothing to worry about! There are many creative ways to come up with down payment funds.

Think it sounds too good to be true? It's not. Downpayment Gift Program provides homebuyers with up to 10% of the sales price of the home for a down payment or closing costs.

Few Restrictions. You do not have to be a first-time homebuyer; the gift can be applied to both down payment and closing costs. For only Owner-Occupied properties (up to 4 units).
