Ken and I have been partners since 1974. We have two married children and have two wonderful granddaughters.  We have been Realtors®  since 1991.  Ken has 30+ years of construction experience behind him. He enjoys helping clients learn the construction side of the home.  DeAnn has received certification for the following: Certified Residental Specialist(CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute(GRI) and also has a Broker Associate License.  

We like to take the time to show buyers and sellers what is necessary to get the most value from a house. We want to make a house a home!

We work most any area of the real estate market except commerical. Because we both come from a farming back ground that makes us comfortable working with acreage and land buyers. We have experience in marketing lots, single family homes, and apartment buildings.  Our plan is to work hard to get your home sold as quickly as possible  with the least amount of inconvenience. 

If you are buying a home with us as your agent,  we don't push you to make a decision. We will provide you the facts that are necessary for you to make an informed decision.  When the first of the month comes and it's time to make the house payment, we are not going to be there.   You need to say "This is the house!!!!"
