I have been a licensed Realtor with Coldwell Banker Bailey & Co. going on 6 years now. I have just completed my 3 years as a Director for the Montrose Association of Realtors. I have sat on commitees for Affordable Housing at the city and association level. I am a charter member and have recently completed my duties as a Director on the Board of Directors for the Olathe Valley Lions Club. I am an active member of the American Legion Post #24. I've lived in Western Colorado since 1976. I have lived in Colorado Springs, Aurora, Steamboat Springs, Boulder, Delta, Grand Junction and Olathe. Having the opportunity to have lived in these different cities in Colorado, has provided me with a hugh amount of knowledge about our state. Wheather it's about the Oil & Gas exploration in Garfield and Mesa Counties and what affect it has on the housing market, or world class skiing in Telluride or Crested Butte, the premier fly fishing in the Gold medal waters of the Uncompahgre River, and the list goes on. I also find it rewarding to give something back to the communities I live in. I enjoy living in Western Colorado and the outdoor recreation opportunities are something dreams are made of! LIFE IS A DREAM, REALIZE IT!

What sets me apart from other agents in this area is my committment to providing quality service and the knowledge in getting the job done right, the first time. I also believe in listening to what's important to my clients and working smart to get them what they want. Last but not least, it all has to be fun. If we can't have fun doing the things in life we appreciate, maybe it's time to find something else.

I have received my e-Pro designation and am currently working to earn my Accredited Land Consultant designation or ALC. I am a member of the Realtor's Land Institute which helps provide me with another avenue of knowledge and networking within the real estate industry. I believe that in order to help someone get what they want in the Real Estate Industry, I need to be as knowledgeable as I can and the Accredited Land Consultant designation will provide me with the right tools of my industry.

I work with first time home buyers who may not understand the road to ownership, or the investor that wants to see a return on his investment. I work with commercial, vacant land, farm & ranch, mountain properties, residential, relocation, condos, apartments, townhomes and residential properties. I work with developers who have subdivisions to sell, with builders who build spec homes, with builders that build custom homes, with investors who want to buy, sell or trade their properties. I work to have a well rounded knowledge of real estate to accomadate most anyone who is looking to purchase or sell properties in my area. I work in Delta, Montrose and Ouray counties. I have been in sales since 1985 and understand the fine art of negotiations. I am willing to spend my time and energy if my clients are willing to share their loyalty with me.
