Real Estate is my passion. I view real estate as an investment that provides shelter from rain, as well as, taxes. I specialize in residential and income producing properties and have consistently been a multi-million dollar producer since my first year in business. My expertise, attention to detail and follow-through has helped me to establish a productive and largely referral-based business.
My respect for others and my commitment to exceed client's expectations are reflected in my mission statement and my personal life as well. Born in San Francisco, CA, I was raised in Menlo Park, moved to Los Angeles for high school, and back to Palo Alto for college at Stanford. Entrepreneurial by nature. I've started many businesses - a cookie store, a real estate investment company, a retail video studio, a retail wine website... But real estate has always been one of my main passions.
I am blessed with a 3 year old son named Kyle, two dogs, Sage and Bailey, both Golden Retrievers and two kitties, Gabrielle and Tabu. My other passions include cooking, fiction writing, wine tasting, photography, running, hiking, X-country skiing, biking, reading, nutrition, computer, ... I've taught CPR, been an ESL Instructor, mentored teenagers, and been published.

6. Mail to Neighbors Mail 200+ 8 ½" x 5" quality full color postcards to your neighbors letting them know that your house in on the market and inviting them to the Open House. Send same postcard to all of my clients, too.
7. Mail to TOP Realtors Email your home's information to 5000+ Top Producing Realtors in our market a few days before it goes on the MLS giving them the heads-up on your property.
8. Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Enter your home's information into the MLS, giving your home exposure to 1200 Realtors in the Napa, Solano, and Sonoma counties. Upload all reports/inspections to the MLS so agents can know all of the "facts" before they write an offer. Create a virtual tour of your property and link it to the MLS.
9. MLS Tour Host an in-house agents' tour on Tuesday morning and a Brokers' tour on Thursday morning and offer an immediate gratification incentive drawing to entice them to come.
