About Us:

Karen Ryan is a broker with extensive real estate sales experience. Karen was the 2005 Realtor® of the Year in the Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors and she has also earned the Lifetime Distinguished Sales Award. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee.

Karen is very active in the Hilton Head Island community. She is past president of the Zonta Club of Hilton Head, a women's professional organization. She is a 2001 graduate of the Hilton Head/Bluffton Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program. She is currently the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Children's Center, a low income daycare center for working familes. Karen has also been a Leader for Girl Scouts of the USA for the last 10 years. Karen was named the Zonta 2005 Woman of the Year at the Hilton Head Island/Bluffton Chamber of Commerce Ball.

Karen is married to Joe and they have lived on Hilton Head Island, in Sea Pines Plantation, for the past 15 years. They have two children, Kelly, age 14 and Joey age 16, who both attend Hilton Head Preparatory School.
